You can cancel the link between your employee and your organisation on the B2B portal. He/she will no longer receive another travel pass to the cost of which you have contributed. The current travel pass will still run until the end of its validity period.
While making the request you can also opt to cancel the current travel pass. We will then calculate whether a refund is possible.
Good to know:
- The conditions for a partial refund apply
- We will calculate the amount based on the date of cancellation of the travel pass.
- You will receive a credit note for the amount to which your organisation is entitled.
- If the employee has also paid part of the cost of the travel pass, provide his/her account number with the request. We will pay his/her part of the refund into this account.
