My employee has paid their contribution (for subscription and/or MOBIB card), when will they receive their MOBIB card with subscription?

The employee already has a MOBIB card

If the employee contribution is paid and processed, we will automatically load the new subscription onto the existing card.

Once we have processed the employee's payment:

they will receive the MOBIB card – with subscription – within 7 business days at the official mailing address (unless we have a different correspondence address).
You can share the MOBIB card number with your employee so they can already travel using “Digital boarding” in the app. You can find the card number by clicking on the “card” behind the employee's name.

Exceptional delays caused by external partners are beyond De Lijn's control. Contact us if the card has not arrived after 14 days.
