My employee has paid his/her contribution (for a travel pass and/or MOBIB card): when will he/she receive the MOBIB card with the travel pass?

If the employee already has a MOBIB card

Once the employee contribution has been paid and processed, we will automatically put the new travel pass onto the existing card.

If the employee does not yet have a MOBIB card

When we have processed the employee’s payment, he/she will receive the MOBIB card – with travel pass – within seven working days at his/her official postal address (unless we have another correspondence address).

De Lijn has no control over exceptional delays caused by external partners. If the card has not arrived after seven working days, please wait no more than a week before contacting our Travel Pass service. If the employee has not yet received a MOBIB card after two weeks, send us a message.
