Why do I get an error message when I enter the employee's email address?

When the provided email address is unknown, a warning appears that additional steps are required from the employee to proceed. 

  • If the email address is not known, the employee must still create and verify an account.

    • The following accounts are accepted: email + password, social login via Gmail, Facebook with email address
    • The following accounts are not accepted: Facebook with phone number, Apple ID login

  • If the email address is known, the employee must verify it using the link in his or her mailbox
