You can purchase the 10-journey ticket Business, 50-journey ticket Business, and the 10-journey trial ticket digitally through the Business Portal.

1. Log in to the Business Portal of De Lijn.
2. Open the tile "Manage beneficiaries".

3. Click on the 'Tickets' icon at the top right.

   
   
   Is ticket ordering not available? Contact us via dienst.verkoop@delijn.be.

4. The overview of ordered tickets appears.
5. Click on 'Add tickets' to order a new ride card.
   
    
6. Enter the email address of the employee. They must have a valid De Lijn account.
   
   
   A warning appears for an unknown email address. More info can be found here.
    
7. Select the number and type of tickets.
   
   
   No access yet to the free 10-journey trial ticket? Request it by accepting the terms of the promotion.
    
8. Confirm the order via 'Send tickets'.
   
    
9. The journey ticket is automatically placed in the Ticket zone of your employee.
