You can purchase the business 10-ride pass, 50-ride pass, and 10-ride trial pass digitally through the Business Portal.

1. Log in to De Lijn's Business Portal.
2. Open the "Manage beneficiaries" tile.

3. Click the 'Tickets' icon in the top right.

   
   
   Is ticket ordering unavailable? Contact dienst.verkoop@delijn.be.
4. An overview of the ordered tickets appears.
5. Click 'Add tickets' to order a new ride pass.
   
    
6. Enter the employee's email address. They must have a valid De Lijn account.
   
   
   A warning appears if the email address is unknown. You can find more information here.
    
7. Select the number and type of tickets.
   
   
   Don't have access to the free 10-ride trial pass yet? Request it by accepting the terms of the promotion.
    
8. Confirm the order by clicking 'Send tickets'.
   
    
9. The ride pass is automatically added to your employee's Ticket zone.
